Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
310 g all-purpose flour
9 g baking powder
3 g salt
1 g baking soda
200 g white sugar
150 g butter, softened
2 eggs
5 ml vanilla extract
225 g mashed bananas
335 g semisweet chocolate chips
Mix it, spoon out onto sheets and bake at 200’c for 12-15 mins.

Course work stopping living...
The course is killing me at the moment, sucking out all my time and smooshing it into a tabloid pile of crap most of the time.
Anyway, I know your not interested in that, but its my excuse for the complete halt to the project!

What to do about rejects?
I’m having trouble working out what to do with the rejected slides from the project.
At the moment they are just sat in the original boxes they were found in, lined up neatly on my shelves, taking up valuable space, doing nothing.
I’ve been through them so much I’m pretty confident that I haven’t missed anything, infact I’d be happy to say I can remember the...

Short Break
Other work and life commitments are taking over right now, but I’ll be back on track in a week or so.
I’ve got some new material lined up, currently in a garage after a big clearance, so fingers crossed we don’t get a flood before I get around to filing them! And with the way the rain is coming at the moment, and I reckon there’s a good chance of that!
